The room was spacious, great location and more than adequate breakfast for a B&B. Host was very responsive. Will not hesitate to recommend to others if anyone is planning a trip to Parma.

Una antica fabbrica ristrutturata che mantiene un fascino industriale ma moderno. La titolare è gentilissima e molto accogliente. I mobili antichi danno un tocco davvero unico.

시설이 깔끔하고 넓어서 아주 마음에 듭니다. 기본적으로 상주직원이 없어서 메일 내용을 잘 확인해야 합니다. 트립닷컴 PIN과 메일PIN이 달라 헷갈렸는데 메일로 온 PIN을 사용하면 됩니다.

First of all, this was one of the best stays we had! The room was amazing and we appreciated the breakfast! Marianna and Francesca provided such a loving stay ( the decoration, the baked goods etc ) and they were so helpful with everything. It was clean, very quiet and we could have stayed longer! The location was not the nicest ( close to the Train station with many sneaky guys standing around ) BUT you can only enter on the premise / parking with a code. So our car was safely stored in front of the B&B and we also had to enter the code multiple times to enter. So even though the location is sketchy we felt very safe!! I can only recommend it!

The room had a very unpleasant strong smell. The hot water run out, only one person could shower.
The room was entered without any sign and no blankets. The instructions on the common area were not very clear.
