There were a lot of small insects in the room. I asked to change rooms but was unsuccessful. It seemed that all rooms had small insects. The corridors were old and I needed a lift for the whole hotel.

Other aspects are good, 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, Seine River cruise is also very close, the only thing I am not satisfied with is the hygiene, there are flies in the room, there are flies in the corridor, I killed six flies in the room

Pros
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.
Cons
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

The room was comfortable and conveniently located near multiple subway lines. The Eiffel Tower is visible from the window, and there are many restaurants downstairs, giving it a very Parisian feel.

[Very noisy, can't sleep] Don't book this house. I went there with my parents and stayed in this place for two days. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room is in the form of an apartment, a bit like our domestic homestay. It is dirty, nothing is provided, not even tissues, and the bed is very small. The accommodation conditions are quite poor.
