Hôtel Artus

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Lovely room that comes with a beautiful bath tub and sauna. Nice deco throughout the hotel. Lovely service from front desk and housekeeping. Two thumbs up 👍👍

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The duplex room was amazing. It contained a separate bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and its own small sauna! The bed was large and very comfortable, The buffet breakfast was very good with a varied selection. The staff were also excellent and helpful. We did not want to leave and will certainly stay again when next in Paris

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Hotel Artus. Specifically I can’t say enough about their head concierge Sanjay who was unbelievably helpful to us. Before we arrived he helped us arrange reservations for dinners and activities and was available to answer any and all questions. We suffered a serious medical incident while there where our daughter had to have surgery for an infection. Sanjay helped us with finding a doctor and checking in on us regularly. If you want to feel 100% cared for, this hotel is the place to stay!

Wonderful location and concierge. It is a clean nice rooms. The breakfast was also good. Very close to two Metro lines. Also close to a great number of restaurants. The rooms are quiet. The cold carbonated water in the lobby is a bonus! The staff was spectacular!

We stayed for 4 nights during the Olympics. The location is superb close to two Metro lines and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. Really nice suite on top floor which was quiet and also with a balcony. Staff welcoming and helpful and Sanjay was the best concierge you could imagine.
