The hotel was fine. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Room was small, bathroom even smaller. The bed was two singles pushed together, but would keep shifting apart easily. There was almost no hot water, didn't seem to matter when during the day. There are only hangers to attach your coat to the wall itself. There's very little exhaust so the room smelled musty from the bathroom use.

This hotel exceeded my expectation - staff is super friendly, breakfast is amazing as well as an outside area. Subway station in 10 meters, supermarket nextdoors, tea and coffee available 24/7. I had an amazing stay and would love to come back.

An absolute dreadful stay. We used the Accor app and booked a flexible rate. When we arrived the rate advertised for the second night was over €100 cheaper. The rooms are advertised with Air Con. It's actually just a fan unit that uses an internal water tank to cool the room. This isn't air-conditioning!!! (See picture) The breakfast is self service using paper plates & cups and one of the poorest excuses for a hotel breakfast I've ever had. Awful! The hotel doesn't have any ice available so it's not even possible to have a cold drink . Avoid this place and book somewhere else.

good breakfast, handy for metro and tram

Very well situated, cozy and welcoming The hotel is almost opposite the entrance to the metro. Line 1which runs through there is ideal for accessing the centre of Paris and main tourist sites. My room was small but clean, tastefully decorated and warm. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ideal for a solo traveler. I will certainly stay there again.
