This hotel is an elegant 4 star hotel. The counter staff speaks fluent English and is very helpful. The bathroom has no ventilation and some mould.

Good: The hotel location is very strategic, it near the Gare De Lyon Station, it give me travel very convenient. Bad: i have some bad experience during my stay. 1. on the fifth day morning, i only discovered my pillow case have black stain (look like mouldy). ( refer my photo) i did ask why the housekeeper did not changed it. the front desk did not answer me. 2. the toilet was very narrow, on the fifth day i have to check out early to catch my train , as i walked out from the shower room, the narrow walk path, have a sharp edge scratched my body, when i check out i do feed back to the front desk, however the front desk lady , seem very unfriendly dont even to concern about my feedback, she just listened. 3. i broke a glass on the second day during my breakfast. reason, the glass was placed at the edge of the table, this is just a small feedback, i dont understand why they want to place the glass at the edge of the table? this is winter time, we wore thicker, as i walked pass the narrow table path, my jacket drag the glass fell.

Very good location but the room is exceptionally small for that price. It’s pricy to get a room in Paris.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was friendly and awesome, room was very clean, breakfast have a moderate selection of food for your choosing, shower facilities is well equipped and takes just around 3mins walk from gare de lyon

The room was small. Also, the outlet was broken so I couldn't use the charger. I had to charge my phone at the front desk. The air conditioner was broken too. Hmm. This is not a four-star hotel. It's about 2.5 star quality. The price and quality don't match.

The reason why we chose this hotel was because we saw the introduction of this hotel on trip.com, as shown in the attached photo, but in fact there was no such thing. We couldn't find a hotel that looked like the photo, which was misleading. Although the room is small, the design is unique; the location is convenient and there are many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and many choices nearby. When we checked in, the hotel clerk said that we had not paid for the room and breakfast was not included. We contacted trip.com customer service on the platform.
