This hotel is an elegant 4 star hotel. The counter staff speaks fluent English and is very helpful. The bathroom has no ventilation and some mould.

Good: The hotel location is very strategic, it near the Gare De Lyon Station, it give me travel very convenient. Bad: i have some bad experience during my stay. 1. on the fifth day morning, i only discovered my pillow case have black stain (look like mouldy). ( refer my photo) i did ask why the housekeeper did not changed it. the front desk did not answer me. 2. the toilet was very narrow, on the fifth day i have to check out early to catch my train , as i walked out from the shower room, the narrow walk path, have a sharp edge scratched my body, when i check out i do feed back to the front desk, however the front desk lady , seem very unfriendly dont even to concern about my feedback, she just listened. 3. i broke a glass on the second day during my breakfast. reason, the glass was placed at the edge of the table, this is just a small feedback, i dont understand why they want to place the glass at the edge of the table? this is winter time, we wore thicker, as i walked pass the narrow table path, my jacket drag the glass fell.

i enjoy my stay in this money, staffs are quite friendly. and its close to train station.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was friendly and awesome, room was very clean, breakfast have a moderate selection of food for your choosing, shower facilities is well equipped and takes just around 3mins walk from gare de lyon

Clean, simple, efficient rooms

It is very close to Paris Lyon Train Station, and the transportation is quite convenient. But the hotel room is very small, and the elevator can only accommodate one person, which makes it feel very cramped. The cost performance is not very high

The room was small. Also, the outlet was broken so I couldn't use the charger. I had to charge my phone at the front desk. The air conditioner was broken too. Hmm. This is not a four-star hotel. It's about 2.5 star quality. The price and quality don't match.

almost perfect ... sink almost clogged, lack of toilet paper perfect welcome

The reason why we chose this hotel was because we saw the introduction of this hotel on trip.com, as shown in the attached photo, but in fact there was no such thing. We couldn't find a hotel that looked like the photo, which was misleading. Although the room is small, the design is unique; the location is convenient and there are many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and many choices nearby. When we checked in, the hotel clerk said that we had not paid for the room and breakfast was not included. We contacted trip.com customer service on the platform. Finally, we paid by credit card before we could check in. In order not to delay checking out tomorrow, we asked the hotel staff about the order status in the evening and got the invoice. It seems that the problem has been solved. When we checked out, the waiter showed us the computer and said that we had not paid for breakfast. We quickly showed them the invoice and the problem was solved. The waiter last night said that the room rate was paid and breakfast was included. But this morning the waiter was changed and the situation was different. Fortunately, the invoice was issued last night, otherwise it would have taken time again. Both the hotel and trip.com are well-branded, and the waiters on both sides were polite and patient in following up. In the end, the problem was solved, but the long-distance phone charges I received also cost a lot. It is recommended that trip.com communicate via WeChat or WhatsApp voice so that guests can save some money.

The bed is very small. You can hear the sound even if you turn on the faucet upstairs. The sound insulation is very poor.
