Excellent location, but rooms are very small and would benefit of some renovation. The room ventilation system does not seem to work properly, circularing dump air from the steamy bathroom.

The standard configuration of a chain hotel is not a big problem. There is a decoration smell in the corridor and a strong perfume smell in the room. Others are ok

Arrived just after 12 noon as confirmation email stated check in from 12 to be told email was wrong and we couldn’t check in till 2pm. On return was told card ‘maker’ wasn’t working so staff had to let us into our rooms for the duration of our stay. Room smelt of sewage, particularly strong in the shower room. Room very basic more worthy of 2 star rather than 3. Breakfast included - no welcome to breakfast room - left to fathom out where to get plates, cups etc. Orange juice ran out. Overall not a nice experience.

Great location , nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was continental. fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, bread selection all the usual.. Room was ok for a queen standard only the shower was a bit small :) couldn't really fit in it.. Very close to the tube and walking distance to the tower.. Will book again if the price is right..

The front desk staff were very helpful and gave great advice on what to see and where to eat (especially useful as a vegetarian). The room was small but comfortable.

Hotel bathroom had black mold
Elevator was broken
Most of the Staff did not speak English
I understand small rooms / but having to climb over the bed to close the door was ridiculous
Free breakfast was coffee and juice
Parking info / was given three addresses / none of them were convenient like stated
Completely disappointed in the hotel
