Heated towel rack in our room is not working, during breakfast at the hotel it seemed like all the Asian guests were seated in one corner, it felt a bit uncomfortable and somewhat discrminatory.

The hotel was very nice. Concierge Pier was amazing! From the beginning it was very cold in my room, seemed that the hotel is saving on the heating and hot water. Location is great.

Fantastic location within walking distance to many attractions and shopping areas. We had an issue with noise from the street on the weekend and the hotel promptly changed our room to a much quieter room.
