The boat on the river felt a bit unstable, and there was a lot of collision noise at night. The value for money was really poor, but the service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

Very disappointed with this Hotel I contacted the the agent to inform them that due to my wife being unwell we would not be able to travel not only would the hotel not give us a refund as per there policy when booking they charged us an additional fee of £126.68 for failing to check in.

Location isn’t too bad but it’s a bit far away from anywhere of interest. The novelty of being on a hotel on water isn’t really worth the vacuum toilet system and the loud noises from piping/ducts elsewhere in the hotel

Unique hotel. Rooms are very small. Staff are young and friendly. If you are very prone to motion sickness, better to pick a hotel on land.

Advice: if you have a problem, you are on your own. Hotel will take your money and won't help.
I was very excited to try this hotel first and then coming back again with my family. I noticed they had like some river cruising and other nice stuff plus nice food. WOULD I EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL? NO WAY :(
Unfortunately I had issues with my flight (I missed it) and couldn't make it to the hotel. I paid in advance and the hotel did not refund a single porcentage, nothing not even 20% , of the 200 dollars I paid for the room, nor even offered credits or book for a different date.
I understand they have policies (which I consider abusive to the user) I wish I would have checked better before booking.
Thanks to trip costumer service for being kind with me in this ugly situation.

I got up around 9 a.m. and was changing clothes when the room door suddenly opened and a random person came in. The door was locked, so how could it have opened? I'm going to go to the front desk to ask what happened.

Booked this hotel largely because of the pool. After a long hot day in Paris we were looking forward to a swim but it was closed all day due to a private event.. we weren't even allowed to have a drink outside and had to sit indoors in the restaurant on this sunny, beautiful day. If you are sensitive to noise, it's good to know that the boat is right next to a railway bridge and trains run constantly. Maybe that's why there were earplugs in the room.
At check-out they tried to charge us €44 for breakfast that we didn't eat.. a bit annoying..
