Hotel La Comtesse Tour Eiffel

Booked 4D3N for our honeymoon. Love the view even though we got the second floor! Would might come back again

The reception man in morning time is not friendly to Asian and not helpful . In general hotels was good.

It was a kinda good view but really small room it was really hard to walk when we had our luggage we wouldn’t pay the price if we know these things but hotel was overall cute

Worst thanksgiving weekend experience ever in my life courtesy of this hotel. Booked a three-night stay for two adults. My wife invited her 11-year old niece last minute. Room had a queen bed with plenty of space. I was willing to pay a surcharge but the hotel declined. They instead offered me another room for one night for an extra 600 euros and to find another hotel for the next two nights as they were sold out. I checked in after a 9-hour flight from Miami and rushed out to a dinner reservation we had at the Eiffel Tower. After a lovely dining experience and strolling through the streets of Paris, we came back to the hotel around midnight to find out that we were locked out of the room! The most humiliating experience ever a hotel has done to me. I was humiliated in front of my wife and her niece, who was traveling to Europe the first time ever. I asked for the manager and I was told it was too late. They would not let me in my room at all until I showed another Hôtel reservation. The situation was disclosed to hotel management when we checked in. The fact that they checked us in under those circumstances accounts by acceptance of the terms by the hotel;however, they behaved this way to te-sell the room for a higher rate and keep a one night from us even though we were in the room for less than 1 hour! Worst hotel experience ever and I have travelled around Europe and US quite a bit!!!
