Hotel service: Very satisfied, the front desk waitress is polite and enthusiastic. When I first arrived at the hotel, the waitress not only provided tourist information, but also provided coffee. For tourists, it is important to feel such enthusiastic locals when they first arrive in a city, which also enhances people's love for the city.

frühstück buffet etwas klein aber zimmer super, aussicht auf den eiffelturm!! und tolle lage, direkt an der ubahn, personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, aufzug war etwas klein genau so wie treppenhaus aber für 2 personen reicht dann doch

This hotel was perfect ! We requested the suite on the 6th floor to be able to see the Eiffel Tower from the window. It was magical to open our window and watch the Eiffel light up in the late evenings. The Hotel location was near lots of restaurants. It was very convenient. I would highly recommend. The staff organized our transport to and from the hotel. They were very accommodating. We will definitely be back !

The hotel is located great—it is walkable from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has a car parking facility. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

I would only say the location is ideal and close to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. The view is limited of the tower so make the best of it depending on what room you get. We dealt with a lady on the AM staff at the front who was very professional and attentive but the remaining staff including the Sunday staff I would say pack your patience as they don’t care. Building is old and cramped. Europe does tend to lead towards smaller accommodations but what pictures depicted to what you get in actuality are far apart, so before you spend the hefty rates for the central location do your research. If you return back to the hotel past midnight don’t be surprised that you might have to wait to get someone to open the door that is if they are not snoozing.

Not far from the trains, Eiffel Tower, museums, food, and grocery. Mini bar in the room (no microwave though). Kind and helpful staff.
