I had a poor experience with the staff at this hotel. I reached out to cancel my reservation, but they refused multiple times and were not welcoming at all.

The location is exceptionally good. It is very convenient to access to various tourist attractions. The front desk staff is very helpful and patient. Although the roo is very small, it is well arranged and functioning well . Overall I am very satisfied with the stay and may stay in the same hotel in my next trip

Stayed June 20–22, 2025. Power shorted TWO times just from using the hotel’s own kettle and phone charger. No lights, no A/C—completely unacceptable. Despite complaints, management offered NO apology or compensation. Paid a premium rate for a substandard room and unreliable facilities. Only positive was the friendly staff.

Is a very quiet hotel and beds are confortable. Breakfast was good and the location is great, as there are several metro lines.
