Located near the Paris Opera House, not far from Notre Dame de Paris and the Louvre.

There are many restaurants around, and locals line up for a long time. But the sanitation and facilities are really old, and there are even rats. If you are impatient, you can't take the elevator.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room, the bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was tiny, literally not enough for two people.
The breakfast was very poor, no fruit or cold meats, the tray with croissants at 09:15 was put inside and you had to ask and they gave you what they thought, the packets of chocolate milk and some packets of Nutella were kept in the cupboard next to the dishwasher, if you don't ask you don't know what's there.
The best detail, the first day there was a mouse trap with a piece of cheese between the juice machine and the coffee machine, the next two mornings it was gone.
