Excellent hotel! Just a super location - in the center and at the same time in a quiet side street. The bathroom is really small, but for Paris it is quite excellent. For people up to 175 it will be quite normal. Clean! Fresh towels every day. We did not take breakfast, I can not say anything. Nice staff. The Louvre and Montmartre are 20 minutes walk away. Nearby there is a wonderful bakery with the best coffee that we came across in Paris and also a pancake house for breakfasts in the same house. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here!
Yes, there is not much space in the room, if you have a lot of luggage - it will be problematic, but with two suitcases we spent a week quite comfortably. Many thanks to the hotel and staff for our stay!!!

Hotel with dated facilities. It's clean, but the room is very small, as is the bathroom.
The breakfast was basic: toast, cereal, and croissants.
It's very well located and has a metro station a short walk from the hotel.

If you’re looking for a base while you explore Paris, would definitely recommend. It’s 10 mins walk from Les Halles station if your using train from airport and around the corner from Grand Boulevard metro. Rooms are small but only sleeping there.
Staff are lovely and helpful. Continental breakfast included. The area has lots of amenities with bars, restaurants and takeaways. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom needs to be updated.
The faucet is clogged with limescale.
The shower seals are blackened.
The window insulation needs to be redone (damp marks on the window frame).
A quiet hotel is a welcome refreshment after a city outing.
