This room is a bit small, the bed is not in a good position, facing the door The bed is right in front of the door

Pros: There are multiple suites, the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen and related supplies, and it is close to the subway station. Cons: Cleaning is only once a week, breakfast is simple and the same every day

Nous souhaitions un appart’hôtel afin de limiter la restauration en extérieur mais, évier bouché, pas de climatisation ce qui nous a obligés à dormir fenêtres ouvertes et l’axe est très emprunté par les service de secours, deux-tons toute la nuit. Le ventilateur fourni est très (trop) bruyant. Téléviseur d’un autre temps, certaines chaînes ayant disparu du PAF, sont toujours sur le flyer de la chambre et FranceInfo n’est pas programmée… Pas de changement des serviettes pour un séjours d’une semaine, pas de quoi balayer, bref… extrêmement déçus pour une réservation effectuée via le site Accor Live Limitless. Cerise sur le gâteau, on me demande de régler une somme en fin de séjour, ce qui ne m’est jamais arrivé au sein du groupe Accor et ce, sans franche justification. Cet établissement ne mérite pas d’être estampillé Accor Hôtel. Point positif, le personnel reste toutefois très courtois.

Pleasant welcome but the rooms do not have air conditioning, which is a shame for the price of the room. Unpleasant neighborhood.

Horrible! We requested a non-smoking room and were given one that stank of cigarettes. Furthermore, it was poorly cleaned, with cobwebs everywhere and cigarette butts on the windows. Complaining was useless, as the receptionist offered no solution. He even refused to provide a complaint form, telling us the manager would come by the next morning to resolve the problem. Needless to say, the manager didn't show up at all during our stay. Not to be recommended.

Das Appartment ist sehr klein und für 3 Personen recht eng. Draußen liegt eine krachige Hauptstraße. Dank der schalldichten Fenster hat man Ruhe aber eben keine frische Luft. Muss in Paris wohl so sein, wenn mein etwas für annehmbare Preise sucht.
