Very nice new hotel with beautiful decoration.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to everywhere, and relatively new. However, the hotel has a very mean female receptionist (I only met one relatively friendly receptionist during my four-day stay). We encountered some problems when checking in. She deliberately lowered her voice whenever she used English when negotiating with other staff members and did not allow us to participate in the negotiation. The hotel room we were assigned was very small. There was no place to open the two suitcases. One suitcase had to be opened in the toilet. With the suitcase opened, two people could not move around at all. When we checked in, we passed by other rooms being cleaned on the same floor and found that their rooms had relatively large spaces. He arranged us in the smallest and most strangely constructed room on that floor.

Clean, Modern, near champs elysees. Very good Access to public transport. Lots of dining option. Good view. The staff are lovely. Would definitley stay again. Breakfast is average.
