Maison Villeroy

A mum and daughter trip to Paris in Sept 2025 had us stay at the exceptional Maison Villeroy. We stayed in the Galant room. The room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. The Maison design is discerning and refined with sophisticated finishes. In fact it felt like we were staying in our own French apartment. Extremely private and quaint with I think only 6-10 rooms, a Michelin star restaurant and Spa facility, the hotel is ideally located one avenue behind Avenue Montaigne. The service and staff were exceptional. Response times on the what’s app group or email were prompt. Reservation and responses to queries were all attended to with the greatest of customer service. Paul Charlene was exceptionally helpful and attended to all our needs. The breakfast staff were amazing ALL the staff were exceptional. Would highly recommend Maison Villeroy

I absolutely loved my stay at Maison Villeroy! Not my first time and definitely not the last, From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What stood out most to me was the sense of privacy and safety throughout the entire stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay.

My daughter brought me to Paris for my 70th birthday with her young family. We occupied the entire third floor of the Maison Villeroy and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is extremely luxurious with attention to every detail throughout every room. The service was exemplary, the staff went out of their way to assist with every whim or need and often anticipated them! The special treats and experiences provided for a 5 and 3 year old were beyond expectation. The location is amazing for walking to historic sites, shopping and restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here and highly recommend.

What sets apart the many 5-star hotels in Paris is the level of service, and for me, it's why I will not return to this hotel. At turn down service, housekeeping took an expensive bottle of champagne from my room that was sitting in a bucket of ice. The hotel originally told me they meant to refill it with ice and forgot to bring it back, then acknowledged it was a mistake. Indeed, it was a mistake although an odd one after they left half eaten food in my room for 3 days. Their solution? We'll buy you the bottle of champagne next time you come to Paris. I asked for a more immediate solution and they failed to respond. I'll go back to the Peninsula next time.
