Atendimento ruim cafe fraco recepção muito ruim nao funciona restaurante disse por falta de funcionario nao funciona o bar por falta de funcionario atendimento pessimo foi entregue a toalha a recepção nao deu a baixa e vieram me cobrar coisa chata muito desagradavel nao me hospedo mais e nao indico pessima nao e o que falam e nao vale o preço.

Beautiful accommodation in Paraty. Short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Central location short walk to the historic centre. Spotlessly clean room, excellent air-conditioning, lovely view of the swimming pool. A good range of food choices at breakfast, enjoyed by the pool. All stars were very attentive.

Très bien placé, bel hôtel les chambres sont grandes et bel salle de bain avec crème, savon… Les serveurs cotés piscine vraiment sympas à nos petits soins. Bémol petit dej on peut demander à la carte par exemple des pancakes le service est alors très lent 20 minutes pour etres servis.

- Recepcionista mal humorada; - Quarto não estava pronto no check in (às 15 horas); - Não informam que a partir das 19h se voce não tem reserva no restaurante, você é expulsa; - Passei o dia fora e quando retornei (às 17h ) o quarto não tinha sido arrumado; - Frigobar fica em baixo da pia do banheiro, ao lado da porta do vaso sanitário; - Internet Ruim; - Solicitei informações sobre onde lanchar e me indicaram apenas duas, com má vontade; - Solicitei informações sobre passeios e demoraram horas para me informar.
