Desde do primeiro contato a experiência foi e excelente em razão do atendimento do Bruno, cabendo ressaltar que todos os demais funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. É um hotel antigo aqui na região, porém muito bem cuidado. Manutenção em dia e limpeza nota 10. Os ambientes são amplos e confortáveis. Optei pela acomodação standart e fui agraciada com um upgrade como cortesia.

Nossa terceira vez nesta pousada. Funcionários sempre atenciosos desde o check-in até toda a nossa estadia. Café da manhã 5 estrelas, nada monótono! Tudo caseirinho, fresquinho, reposição rápida dos itens e todos os dias tinha novidades no café da manhã. A limpeza impecável, nosso quarto estava sempre cheiroso, nada de cheiro de mofo ou poeiras como já vi em outras pousadas... A piscina é ótima! Com serviço de bar maravilhoso, aliás a refeição do restaurante é excelente! Comida aromática e deliciosa! Sempre nos sentimos à vontade na pousada, aliás, muito sossego estes dias que estivemos de férias descansamos bastante!!! É nossa escolha em Paraty todos os anos!

Hotel excelente e o mais importante : com gerador. É indispensável em Paraty-fica a dica . A energia cai toda hora na cidade ,inclusive assim que cheguei estavam sem luz há um tempão ,mas com o gerador na pousada ,zero problemas com isso .

Estadia espetacular
Excelente para todos os tipos de serviços. Fomos bem atendidos desde a recepção, equipe de limpeza, serviço de bar e restaurante. Todos muito educados e acolhedores. Passamos um final de semana em família. A pousada possui uma piscina maravilhosa e uma ampla e completa sala de jogos que atende a todas as idades. A localização é excelente, próximo do centro histórico e da saída para as praias, de fácil acesso e seguro. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Minha estadia foi ótima, atendimento nota 10 com destaque para o Luiz, Bruno e o Lord, café da manhã maravilhoso, a única coisa que senti falta foi de uma cadeira na sacada e ganchos para pendurar roupa, no mais tudo perfeito
