The food is really bad, also we got intoxicated. The hotel said that they will take care and give a solution but never did. We lost one night and day. All the restaurants have very bad quality of food and expensive, it's like bad fast food. The people in reception and lobby are the worst, specially in the check out, they attacked me and try to hit me. The manager didn't do something. Only problems. Please avoid to go

Great value hotel, the most beautiful in the Bahamas, undeniable and stylish. It’s a great place for a family vacation. My kids love the beach in the Bahamas and it’s not too hot. I recommend it.

Racial discrimination is serious. If you don't want to be unhappy, don't stay in this hotel. We stayed for five nights and regretted it. We were not in the mood for vacation at all. The service was very poor and no staff cared about the guests' feelings.

The hotel environment is good, the facilities are a bit old but not bad, but the service is too bad, maybe they have always been like this. There are free shuttle buses between several hotels, but it's best to ask for directions. The price does not include breakfast, no bottled water, no slippers, and no other room service items except room cleaning. The hotel also misremembered the bill and charged randomly. Fortunately, it was negotiated through Ctrip. Although the hotel was very procrastinating, the matter was resolved. Thank you Ctrip. Unless there are special circumstances in this Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas, the price/performance ratio and service are very poor, so it is not worth going.
