Artemis Cynthia Complex

A nice complex. There are shops nearby, not far from the sea. There's a bus nearby. There are several pools with warm water on the premises. The room is clean and has everything you need. Good service.

The worst place we’ve ever been The owner/manager of the place is a ******** He attacked us physically and verbally and threatened on us that he will bring “people” to take us out from the place, we have been completely afraid and had to leave which cost us a fortune, we also press charges against him in the local police station and we have a letter from them confirming that. If u ask what is the “reason” for that I’ll say that he is probably antisemitic as the only thing we asked from him was a net so we can take out a huge hair ball from the pool, the staff are not nice from the beginning and treated us in a very bad way and when we asked for a minimal service the manager freaked out and talked to us like we are dirt and not respectable people who paid the full amount for the use of the property. Among the things he said to us was “you are animals and not people” also said “ I wipe my S with your money” and attacked us physically (we have a video of that). About the place the apt are ok… not more than that, we paid full money for a 2 br 2 bathrooms apt however one of the bathroom was blocked and wasn’t able to use (we have a video of that), the kettle was not working and was replaced only after 3 days!!! We couldn’t even drink coffee even though we asked and emailed them from the very beginning. The internet was not working in the first day and was fixed only the next day as u can’t talk with anyone after 17:00…. I have to say that we are shocked and this review can continue more and more but it’s too much time to write and anyway it’s frustrating to remember that over and over, we want to forget this horrible experience, but can’t just let it go if we can warn people beforehand. We were evicted from that place and wasn’t getting our money for the nights not consumed so far. We hope that trip booking will get us the money we are entitled to get back. P.S the man who attacked us presented himself as the Owner of the place however we invastigated a bit and found that he is lying , we were able to get the number of the real owner, I talked to him on the phone and he listened to us and said he will get back To us but so far we didn’t hear from him, that shows us that he is the same as this whole group of staff. We will definitely never come back to this place and recommend non of u to go there.

We would not recommend a stay at Artemis... Our experience was extremely disappointing especially having read reviews prior to booking. The way we were treated at check in by the receptionist can only be described as abrupt, rude and most unwelcoming. The apartment was infested with ants and despite being reported, the problem remained throughout the week. That said, the most distressing part of the stay was to find that we were having to sleep on a mattress heavily stained in urine and traces of blood, sadly we did not discover this until the 5th day. Also, some of the fittings in the bathroom were corroded . NB: Our apartment was Block C room 310. We tried to call into reception a few times during the stay to find it closed while it was due to be open. Upon return to the UK, and prior to leaving any feedback, we contacted Artemis regarding our concerns. Sadly the contact with Mr Tremetoushiotis compounded matters further. In his reply he felt that the mattress was acceptable as people have accidents and as long as it is covered there should be no issue. Furthermore, he blamed the presence of ants on us and proceeded to lie that we had left crumbs around the apartment (nothing could be further from the truth). There were even ants present upon our arrival after the apartment had been cleaned. His response regarding the abrupt and unwelcoming receptionist was also one of disbelief, stating that our expectations were unreasonable. We did bring to his attention that our expectations were only a polite and friendly reception, a mattress not covered in urine (and traces of blood), none corroded fittings in the bathroom and an apartment not infested with ants. Please see the attached pictures. Finally, it was most annoying that there was a degree of sarcasm from Mr Tremetoushiotis and an implication that people only complain to try and get a free holiday. Very disappointing and we will not be returning here.
