"This was our 3rd and longest stay, 7 days, and we again rave about this place and its staff. We sought quiet and a quality room during a heat wave and this place did not disappoint. The staff are highly professional and friendly. We most appreciated Emiliano, Allisario, Elia, and Stephany in the restaurant and bar, and Mariasophia and Giorgio at the front desk! An example of the extent of efforts for satisfaction: we checked in and found that one of the two air conditioners in the room was not working; we reported this to the front desk on the way to lunch and when we returned to the room an hour later, the entire a/c unit had been replaced! The setting is lovely - green hills, orchards, and vineyards lay out in every direction. Truly peaceful and we will return. "
