It’s a beautiful place to stay, the gardens are beautiful and the staff are friendly. The room was nice and cleaned daily.
The breakfast was not the best, but fine.

The resort is fantastic. So comfortable for vacation. The staffs are helpful and very accomodating.

The staff is really polite and helped me with everything that I needed. They even allowed me to use their kitchen microwave. The room is very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is not a buffet though but it is enough to feed a person. They have lovely dogs which are very gentle and trained. The dogs are also very cute.

房間床單很舊，像沒換過，特別是枕頭黃黃的，被單也黃黃的 ，看着像沒換過，800 年沒洗過 真的很像中國的招待所. 我去時候帶了一次性床單，所以還好. 但是 花園泳池真的很不錯，很美，如果你一整天呆在酒店那麼可以在花園躺着休息，這個選擇不錯，但你如果出去玩去潛水，就回來睡個覺這個房間就很一般，總之花園很美，但房間睡得很差， 🚪正對着房間門，一個人出行有點沒安全感. 我後面換了一個房間很乾凈，位置遠一點的民宿，很不錯，沒必要住在阿羅娜附近

勸大家不要訂這酒店，超級坑人，價格對標5星酒店，設施和服務還沒有國內100塊的小旅館好！
沒有瓶裝礦泉水，沒有牙刷牙膏，還要去前台自己去要，前台晚上11點就下班了，浴巾都比不過國內100塊錢的小旅館，非常垃圾

여자 1인 여행객이었는데 숙소가는길이 위험하다는 느낌 한번도 느끼지 못했어요 알로나비치까지 걸어가면 거리가 조금 있긴하지만 주변을 구경하면 금방갈수있어요 수영장 깨끗하고 낮에는 사람이 이용을 거의 안해 편하게 쓸수있어요 비치바도 칵테일 저렴한 편이에요 맛도 괜찮고
그리고 조식!!!너무 맛있었어요 종류는 많지않지만 더운데 밖에 나가고 사오고 하는것보다 편하고 좋았어요
리셉션 직원들 문제가 있으면 도와주시고
다른 직원들 모두 너무 친절하게 항상 웃으며 인사하고 일하는 모습이 감동이었어요
큰 리조트보다 서비스가 조금 없고 건물이 조금 노후되긴했지만
작은 리조트라 오히려
더 손님 한명 한명에게 더 신경 쓸수 있는곳 인것 같아요
다시 방문할 의사 100%입니다
