"The room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and the service was good value for the price. Access from the room to the pool was very convenient. The swimming pool is large and suitable for both kids and adults, with shallow areas on both sides for non-swimmers and deeper sections in the middle for more confident swimmers. Breakfast was plated and reasonable for its price. The room tended to be a bit humid, and the pool had a strong chlorine level, so using swimming goggles may be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is excellent. When we booked, we were skeptical about the ratings because there weren't many reviews on Trip, but everything turned out great. The hotel is new, everything is clean, and nothing is out of place. The location is also excellent – ​​5 minutes from Alona Beach and relatively far from all the entertainment, which provides at least some peace and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was also excellent – ​​always clean. Airport transfers are available for 500 pesos if needed. I really liked the fact that you can take diving courses or try a dive with training in the pool. There are a few minor drawbacks, however: there was no soap at the sink, no toothbrushes, no slippers, and no robes. This isn't a big deal and is possible if you ask, and the staff will at least provide hand soap. There's also an issue with the bathroom door – it doesn't close properly, and you have to force it shut. Overall, the experience was excellent, and a big thank you to the diving instructor for the experience. If we ever come back again, we will definitely book here."

"Our stay at Panglao Regents Park Resort was a bit disappointing. One major letdown was the lack of clear information during the orientation—no mention of the sauna, which we fortunately discovered and utilized, especially with the unpredictable weather. We also ordered an extra bed, but it turned out to be just a single foam with a blanket, which didn’t feel worth the ₱800 charge. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking—coffee, mug sunce we added an extea person, and the pitcher in the room was empty upon arrival. While the reception mentioned a refill station on every floor, it was actually only on the second floor, which was inconvenient since we were assigned the third floor. This was particularly challenging for my senior companions (in their late 60s and 70s), though thankfully, they were in good shape. The staff were just okay, but overall, the service could use improvement. Hoping they enhance their offerings to match the potential of the place."

"Beautiful room and interior of the lobby. Really comfortable bed. And the staff and the owners were the sweetest and kindest people. You can even do laundry and rent motorbikes at the hotel. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay in Panglao."

"The Hotel is located near Alona Beach and is quite spacious and affordable for its size. However, the bathroom is uncomfortable even though we are family there are gaps in the cover which makes it awkward to bath or poop. The door is also sliding so while the bath is bejng used the other room is slightly open. The TV is not useable. The toiletries, towels, and slippers are provided."

"We had an amazing time at Conrada’s. The staff members were so helpful, warm, and friendly. Ms. Conrada ate lunch and dinner with her staff ( which I have never seen before). She treats them like family, which is exceptionally admirable. They learned to prepare our eggs and sausages the way we liked them. I definitely recommend this place to families, couples and solo travellers. They organized our tours and we had a splendid time. There IS hot water in the shower. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Another good thing about staying at Conrada’s is; that it’s close to EVERYTHING!!! They organized our tours and the driver was just so patient. On our last night, we had Karaoke😂😂. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here and will go to their other branch in Cebu soon. PS: It's so easy to get Pesos here and in my case, I got more for my USD here. I recommend talking with them before purchasing a SIM because not all of them work for tourists (that is if you want to have DATA)."
