Great customer service! There was a slight delay due to a system issue after I modified my booking 6 days prior, but luckily we arrived early and the receptionist was super polite throughout. The bellboy was also very helpful when our keycard didn't work. The room was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing with a lovely view. And to top it off, the breakfast was delicious! Overall, a wonderful stay 😊

All I can is that, it's a magical place to stay with families and love ones. The staff's we're so kind and approachable with whatever you asked for. The foods we're just so amazing. It taste great. It's a kid friendly hotel. And one thing, don't forget The sky deck. It's absolutely breathtaking and great place to chill😍 Very highly recommended! I can't wait to be back again soon😍

It was really great! There are a few shuttles, but it is a buffet breakfast and I felt like they put a lot of effort into the bakery :)
Everyone was friendly, gave us a welcome drink, and the room was really spacious! And if you write a Google review, they will upgrade your room, so please do so!!
I think I will come again! I didn't see any bugs, it was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the pool was nice. The beach right in front is really pretty during the sunset!
And instead of the restaurant on the first floor, order from the rooftop restaurant. It was so delicious…
I had a wonderful stay at Solea Coast Resort. The staff, Marifel, was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive — they always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality really made a difference.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view that made every morning feel special. I also appreciated the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the resort — perfect for relaxing and recharging. The pool area was great, and everything was well-maintained.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind with excellent service and warm hospitality, I highly recommend Solea Coast Resort. I would definitely love to come back again!

Excellent new hotel with excellent breakfasts, comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, good swimming pool. The hotel has excellent staff. There are 2 minuses that relate to the location: far from shops / cafes (10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk) and far from the beach where you can swim. The beach next to the hotel is, one might say, not swimmable at all. But considering the price / quality criterion, I give the hotel 5 points.

I'm in love with this resort. Really had a wonderful experience. 5 stars for the customer service of the staff, also the interior design and the amenities. Additional since my deluxe room was not yet ready the receptionist upgraded my room, I'm super thankful! They exceeded my expectations. Some hotels would let you wait more than hours and no compensation on the long wait. Kudos to the team! Oh I almost forgot to mention they have Free shuttle service if you want to explore the place near Alona beach.
