Calm and nice location, they clean the beach everyday and Kayak was free. Staffs were really accommodating. Only cons I found was the menu pad was not updated in the resto. Which created a confusion with our dinner order. Overall nice experience. And will recommend any day.

1. It's good because there are no Koreans. (Most people seem to go to Alona Beach. This accommodation is on the ***** Beach side. It seems that many Koreans stay at the Modala Resort in this area.)
2. It's a bit old-fashioned(?) because it's been built for a while. However, it's well-maintained and clean.
3. The air conditioning is turned on too much, so it's cold after swimming. Ask the housekeeping as soon as you check in and ask for an extra blanket. You may have to cover your existing blanket with a blanket. (When I turned off the air conditioning because it was cold, the room smelled like a rag. There's a device that acts as an air freshener the size of a handball ball, and they put it in the room the next day.)
4. The auxiliary facilities (swimming pool, etc.) are fine. It's an infinity pool, so it's good for swimming while looking at the ocean.
5. If you like walking, you can walk to MOADTO Mall. ***** Beach You can also snorkel if you take a banka. You don't have to go to Napaling or Balicasag, you can go snorkeling at JNP Diving Center in Moadito Mall for only 900 pesos per person.

The overall experience is good. Unfortunately, the shower water was not hot on the first day of stay, which was a big deduction. The beach is not clean enough, probably in January a lot of seaweed will be washed ashore. You can get pool towels without depositing your card, which is a bonus. The Modana pool next door requires you to deposit your card to get your towels, which is very troublesome.
The breakfast was good but the coffee was terrible.
