The air conditioning is underpowered. It does get cool if left on for a while.
If someone is staying in the room, the air conditioning will turn off if you leave for a while.

Food: If you go in the morning, there's almost nothing to eat for breakfast.

It's a cozy and beautiful resort. There's some noise from planes taking off and landing at night. You can either take a tuk-tuk to Alona Beach or walk. The streets get dark at night, so I highly recommend taking a tuk-tuk. The pool water needs some maintenance. I was surprised to see Chinese families wiping their shoes in the pool water as they came in after going out at night.

I booked a villa and the room condition was good.
It was convenient because it was directly connected to the pool.
It was a little far to go downtown, but it wasn't bad, and you can go to the city center by tuk-tuk for 100 pesos.
I was most satisfied because there was a 7-Eleven. It was the best!!

The cleanliness of the internal facilities <swimming pool, guest rooms> is very disappointing. I went there on purpose because it was full access, but I couldn't use it. Even with the naked eye, there were foreign substances floating around and bugs were visible. The bathroom was the same... Personally, it was the worst accommodation I've stayed in while traveling abroad. ㅜㅜ
