Avi Pangkor Beach Resort

This is our first time visiting Pangkor and staying in this hotel. Hotel has not much amenities and activities at all, except the small and miserable pool. There are "NO A/C" at the front desk checkin area (so damn hot, we are sweating like crazy when we arrived) no welcome drink for guest, very poor guest service oriented. Can't even checkin early when requested and insisted we've to wait exactly till 3pm then allow us to checkin. Hotel also have very poor WiFi connectio (no Internet) service even after connection. Poor house keeping and front counter service, we have to keep on reminding the front counter to inform the house keeping to makeup our room after several request being made, then they do so luctantly! Rooms are somewhat ok only, but bed sheets and Towels are old and dirty, so are the pillow casing, old and dirty too! Water pressure is very low and miserable and accessories are not well provided, tap is broken! Last but not least very poor front counter service, you have to keep on calling and reminding them to deliver what you've requested. Hence, i would strongly not recommend anyone to stay here if you want to have an enjoyable time in Pangkor for the first time, otherwise you will regret your choice.

The beach is just opposite of street, the room was clean and friendly staff, we love the roti canai for breakfast, it was make by small portions and still crunchy

Location just along the Pantai Bogak. Easy access to nearby eateries and free duty shop within walking distance. The room space is good. The only setback is the quality of the bed (right side) is poor (when you sleep, tenggelam cikit ke bawah). The rest overall ok.

Good service and good location near to the beach around 2 minutes walk.
