The lobby is hot though and i assume they are trying to keep the electricity bill low, but it gives off a funky smell if the vents is off so maybe just think of a better way to welcome the guest. "We stayed as a family at this hotel. The room was super, everything was very clean, and they provided slippers, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Housekeeping was done daily 👍🏻 – a big thank you for that! Right from the hotel lobby, there are two shops, one for groceries and a Duty-Free, both with good prices. The pool is nice and large, and the hotel is very quiet and peaceful! For breakfast, on the first day it was a buffet, and for the other two days, it was served plated. The food was quite decent, spicy of course, but we definitely didn't go hungry! The photos show the view from the balcony. The beach right next to the hotel is very dirty. You need to walk further to Pasir Bogak, which is relatively cleaner."

"Good service from housekeeping staff.The staff promptly change bedsheets and spray anti ants with perfumes once I notified them of ants .. Nearby food stall. Clean beach. Although it's old but value for money. Definitely prefer to stay in hotel than Homestay as less rules..I wear slippers in the room.. No bosses or owner reprimand you as compared to Homestay "

"The place is quite run-down and definitely not like what was shown on the website. Upon entering, the room had a strong humid smell. I would advise future guests to check the room condition thoroughly before moving your belongings in. Several issues in my room, which are the air conditioner was not cold, Water pressure was very low, Toilet door couldn’t be locked, Mattress cover was yellowish – I recommend bringing your own disposable mattress cover for hygiene. While the surrounding area is relatively clean, there are monkeys around – be careful if you have food as they can be aggressive. The only major plus is the location – it's directly opposite Teluk Nipah beach, which is great for a peaceful morning or evening walk."

"Our room is spacious enough for 3 people and a balcony. The room is clean & neat. Everything is just convenient for me. Pro: 1. You have self laundry, food shop (Thai & sate stall at night), 7E & and a few free duty shops. 2. Many parking spaces also so you can park everywhere if you rent cars or bikes. 3. They have a water dispenser in the lobby ( have mugs, coffee & tea bag) & level 2. They also provide a bottle of mineral water Cons: 1.no lift as need to take stairs to your room. So it's quite inconvenient for the elders & people with physical disability. 2. During my stay, they only provide soap & and shampoo, but I have my own, so I don't mind about it 3. The smart tv only has 3 channels. So have your own entertainment if you need it."
