When we saw some bayberries in a bag and asked for some, they said it was a gift from a friend and insisted we try some. We were a team-building trip with three families, so there were bound to be some issues, but the WeChat customer service resolved everything smoothly without any unpleasantness. Especially our receptionist, Xiao Zhong, was incredibly responsive, always smiling and very patient. The front desk and restaurant staff were also very helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay."
