週末和朋友自駕過來度個假，酒店內風景就很好了，可惜現在是冬天不能下泳池，衹能給娃娃拍拍照啦！！！房間內有地暖，三層的小別墅，自帶電梯很方便行李上下。春夏來應該更舒服，周邊能逛的不多，有個小鎮可以買買特產。管家楊飛燕很用心，會提前問餐飲安排，給介紹附近的景點和活動，每次有要求迴應也很及時，超級感謝的！

此次入住碧落獨棟三卧泳池別墅，感覺不錯！房間空間很大，設施先進齊全，衞生相當到位，景觀也很秀美！服務熱情周到，特別是酒店的帥哥經理鄧野，更是關懷倍至！貼心！暖心！

It took four hours to drive from Shanghai to arrive. The road up the mountain was winding and twisty, as if I was the god of driving in Akina Mountain. The location of the hotel is really only suitable for self-driving. The day before check-in, the housekeeper Li Tong called me, added WeChat, and sent me the hotel restaurant menu to facilitate our meal arrangement. I was greeted in the lobby on the day of check-in. During the stay, I was very attentive and asked if I needed help arranging meals and entertainment. If you have any questions, you can also contact WeChat directly, which is very convenient. Thank you for the housekeeper's thoughtful service. When checking in, welcome tea was sent, which was warm and thoughtful. I booked a two-bedroom villa. It seemed to be upgraded to a three-bedroom room when I checked in, but one of the rooms was locked and could not be opened. There is an elevator in the villa, but it is shared with the next door. Fortunately, there was no rush to use it. The elevator is very slow, probably for safety. The air conditioning in the room is not very powerful. It was not warm after several hours of operation. I contacted the housekeeper to send someone to check it out. The maintenance master said that the floor heating mode could not be turned on, and only the simple air conditioning could be turned on, otherwise it would not circulate. Switching to the air conditioning mode and waiting for a long time before it got a little hot. The two rooms of the two-bedroom apartment are very different. The third floor is larger, with a TV and a bathtub; the second floor is very small, without a bathtub or a TV. I can only take turns living with my friend's two families. I personally think that the size of the room is understandable, but the basic supporting facilities in a villa should be as similar as possible. When I checked in, I couldn't even press the hand sanitizer in the third-floor bedroom, so I contacted the housekeeper to send the room attendant to deliver it. The room cleaning was still not detailed enough. I wonder if the hotel will check the capsule coffee machine in the room? When I wanted to drink coffee with my friend, I just removed the coffee machine water tank to fill it with water, and found that the connection between the water tank and the coffee machine was very dirty, so I was scared and didn't dare to drink it. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, and the taste is good. The donuts are delicious. It was just that the temperature was a bit cold on Saturday. After I mentioned it to the waiter, the temperature was obviously warmer on Sunday.
