1、整體入住體驗並不好，早上房間裏的燈莫名亮起來！房間的音樂也莫名的想起來！一大早被吵醒。跟總枱反饋，衹有解釋沒任何歉意！
2、房間有臭蟲，這個季節是常見，他們就説蟲子不能避免啊！好像這不是他們的問題。哎！這服務！
3、定的送房餐，有一道菜又冷又難吃，反饋後也沒有給到滿意的解決方案！

服務：態度超級好 在磐安雲海方舟的住宿體驗太驚喜了！剛到就被周邊的自然景緻打動，推窗就是清新山景，空氣裏滿是草木清香，遠離城市喧囂的靜謐感瞬間治癒身心～ 房間佈置得乾淨整潔，設施齊全又貼心，床品柔軟舒適，睡得格外安穩。工作人員態度特別好，從入住引導到諮詢推薦都耐心細緻，還貼心分享了周邊遊玩路線。早餐品類豐富，食材新鮮地道，吃得很滿足。不管是親子出遊還是放鬆度假都超合適，已經推薦給朋友，下次一定還來！

這家酒店位於真不錯，整體服務和環境都非常讓人舒心。坐在大草坪，可以看日落和大摩天輪，還有好吃的當地特色菜。山上非常放鬆，沒有人打擾，員工都很樸實，沒有傳統酒店那些客套，但是感覺都非常親切，打算換個季節二刷，看不同的景色，真心推薦！

很好的體驗，整 個過程愉快，沒想到磐安這麼有檔次的酒店在山頂上，裝修素雅又用心，衞生乾淨、酒店離高鐵站就8分鐘，酒店還安排車接站。户外空氣好風景好，拍照出片非常滿意！
