Would not recommend. It is so hot and stuffy in the room, and we tried to turn on the AC at night, it's not working at all ,we asked reception to help, they were not helpful and just said they can't do anything. Shout out to the laundry lady, she's the only one that helps with us. No fan or air flow in the room, found it very hard to fall asleep. Power went off a few times at the first night, hot water was not working for a while day. The place itself had a lot of issues. There is a balcony door, but there were so many mosquitoes in the room, we killed 10 in 2 days. Sewage smells super bad in the bathroom too. Pro- Location was good, breakfast was not bad, bed was comfy.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

Naturalis Pamukkale Otel was a lovely place to stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. Great location, just a short walk to the travertines. Would definitely stay again!

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Turkey. The decor and management were somewhat chain-style. It was incredibly comfortable, even with the morning chanting. The price was reasonable, and the shower was incredibly refreshing and powerful, like taking a bath in a spa. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I forgot to take a picture. The staff was also very friendly. The included Mediterranean breakfast was very good and healthy. The temple and Pamukkale are located together. I recommend driving to the temple visitor center. Parking for cars is 120 lira. Visit the temple first, then Pamukkale and enjoy a foot bath. The entrance fee is 30 euros.

It's a bit like a budget hotel in China, but it's probably quite good in town. The location is okay, about a 7-8 minute walk to the entrance to Pamukkale and about the same to the town center. Breakfast is one portion per person.

To fully experience Pamukkale, a place I'd longed to visit, I flew to a hotel in the town below the castle. Though small, it's new and well-equipped. The main road leading directly to the castle's lower gate opens directly onto the main entrance. As soon as I left the hotel early in the morning, I could see countless colorful balloons soaring into the sky. A few hundred meters away, the lower gate, where the crowds were minimal and you could take off your shoes and step into the white world, was a perfect photo op. The hotel's location was fantastic. The room was small, but well-equipped. The air conditioning was powerful, there was plenty of hot water, the internet was smooth, and there were plenty of power outlets for convenience. The breakfast was especially plentiful—the best we've had in years of traveling! The building is only three stories high and has a luxurious elevator. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!

The king of value for money, very close to the central gate of Pamukkale scenic area. The hotel is very new, has a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is quite rich.

New hotel, which is relatively close to travertine, if you get there by car. The room is spacious, fresh, towels, slippers, water, shampoo, shower gel, soap - everything is there. Breakfast is ordinary Turkish, delicious. The staff is helpful
