Akapella hotel is a fabulous modestly priced place to stay in Pamukkale. Very convenient to the entrance to the main sights The rooms are clean and have everything you expect in a modern hotel. The bed was perfect for me though perhaps rather too firm for some guests. Breakfast was exceptional and tea and coffee continue to be available all day. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I recommend Akapella Hotel for budget conscious travellers.

The hotel is very clean & comfortable to stay. It’s within walking distance to Travertines of Pamukkale and restaurants. Thumbs up to hotel owners as they are very accommodating & helpful. Highly recommend this place if anyone visiting Pamukkale. Breakfast is simple but delicious 😋

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the location, as it's on a street with little traffic at night. Very close to the Travertines (if you're driving, of course).

Regrettable! Don't stay here if you don't want to be mistreated and then refused to get your money back.
We checked in, paid for the night, and when we complained about being given a different room than the one we had booked, the owner came to town to kick us out (we were eating at a nearby restaurant) without giving us our money back! I find it unacceptable to be kicked out for complaining. That man shouldn't be running a public business. We're now in the process of getting our money back, since at 11 p.m. and with a small child, we had to leave and pay for another hotel.
It's not right to be kicked out of the hotel like that at night and then refuse to give you a refund for the night you didn't enjoy.
They should sanction him for this behavior; I think it's very, very serious!

The owner is a local beauty. We don't speak Turkish, but she actively and enthusiastically communicated with us using Google Translate and answered our questions. The breakfast was also great. The route recommended by the boss was very reasonable. We took a minibus to enter from the north gate and exit from the middle gate without going back the way we came. The hotel is very close to Zhongmen.

Lovely, neat and clean hotel. It's better than what I expected for the price.
Munawar is a gem, extraordinary, helpful, and smiling personality.
She even provided me with a phone charger.
Breakfast was wonderful.
Tea, coffee, and water are available throughout free of cost.

The room is cheap and it's very close to Pamukkale, only 3 minutes away. The host introduced the hot air balloon, which is also very worthwhile. You can buy it directly from him. Breakfast is also arranged by the host.
