Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort
"The room is very big and close to the pool, which is very convenience to me. But the room a bit humid. Overall is good and value the price"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort
"Really nice place and we’ve got two tickets for happy hour free drink"
Radisson Blu Aruba
"Great hotel, newly built. Location at the beginning of the strip, only flaw beach with few deckchairs and umbrellas. Spectacular rooftop pool"
Tryp by Wyndham Aruba Adults Only Hotel
"The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The hotel has a designated area in Palm Beach and an excellent location within that area. Breakfast was well served, allowing you to choose from various options, although it wasn't a buffet. The rooms have poor soundproofing, and the hotel is located near a nightclub. Furthermore, the en-suite bathroom wasn't very well laid out."
Aruba Palms Escape Suites
"Great place if you are not a big company and want to stay on budget!Perfect price/quality match! It is located close to the best spots and the best beaches. Pool is nice and warm, owner is helpful and communicative! Will definitely come again."
The Mill Resort & Suites Aruba
"Everything was great, employees were very nice! Shower floor was slippery and leaked a bit. Very clean and enjoyable."
Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort
Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino
"I paid for a stay at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, from July 22nd to 26th, 2025. I paid Trip.com, No. *************, PIN: **************** My complaint is as follows: I paid for a partial ocean view, but we were placed next to a hotel construction site. Furthermore, we were never informed that there was no gym because it was under renovation. I paid 1,933,960 CLP, including VAT 213,628 CLP and municipal tax 11,296 CLP. The price did not indicate that the hotel would charge me US$400 in RM Government Tax and Resort Charge. Therefore, what TRP.COM advertises is misleading. We tried to contact the hotel, but it was not possible. The hotel was never willing to resolve anything, nor was TRIP.COM. Therefore, booking this hotel with you was a bad experience. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what I need to do to get a refund of the overcharged amount, and who to speak to because your service is impersonal."

Marriott's Aruba Surf Club
"Terrible beach! I was so grossed out by the disgusting silty sand in the water. It was sticky and felt so weird, like mud. I would never go back to this hotel when there are so many nice beaches all over the world. If the Marriott Surf Club wants people to plunk down $45,000 for a time share, they need to start with cleaning up the muddy silt in the water. As for service, nothing to compliment about. No upgrades as a Marriott Elite member, no breakfast. They did not clean the room every day. This is a time share and it is a lot more dated than the other Marriott hotels along the beach. The lazy river is their claim to fame, but it is very small and gets full of people who bump into you. If you are picturing a large lazy river like in Orlando, think again. You can go around it in 5 min. I would not go back to the Marriott Surf Club. We also stayed at the Renaissance in Aruba and what a difference! At the Renaissance, we were upgraded to an ocean view room at the Ocean Suites, with complimentary breakfast. The best breakfast at a hotel is at the renaissance in Aruba. Also went to the Renaissance island with a ton of fish in the protected reef and flamingos too!"
Beachside Residences
Azure Beach Residences
"Great views. The best part is it’s a mile away from the busiest part of the island. Quiet great views and still accessible to the palm beach area that’s chaos at night. Fun but chaos. And the staff are friendly and helpful especially at the bar/resteraunt in the lobby"
Golden Villas
"The air conditioner is not cooling, there is no timely maintenance, and the toilet wash basin outlet is blocked. The overall setting is average."
Movida Inn Aruba
"This place is a hidden gem !!! I was honestly blown away with this place. This place is completely renovated and new as well as incredibly clean. The pool is immaculate. The grounds are stunning, it's tucked away but once inside you feel like you're on a resort. I will definitely come back here !!! Our apartment was really nice sized I actually couldn't believe it was all for us. Our room was also pool side with a patio. We travel a lot and most of the time the pictures don't match but this time it was actually the exact room we saw in the pics. Ester who is on site most of the time is an absolute sweetheart and very attentive to all your needs. This place has thought of every detail! And as if it wasn't perfect enough, there's the cats 😻 🐾♥️🐾♥️🐾 There's 3 of them and they are just the best -Aruba is the ambassador of the inn and we re gonna miss him too. All in all probably one the nicest places we have ever stayed at !!!!! Would definitely recommend 1000%"
Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club
"My wife and I were at the Ocean Club a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, a pipe in the ceiling above our front door burst, and the water came under our door. The kitchen, living and dining rooms which have laminated floors were covered with water. Luckily, none of our stuff was damaged, but the bad news was that the carpet in the bedroom entrance was soaked. The engineers tried to dry the carpet with a blower but that did not work, so they relocated us and our stuff to a new room and gave us a credit to our bill. Everyone involved including Camilo Cardona and his engineering staff, the front desk, housekeeping and the bellmen were very apologetic and courteous the whole time. It was a tough situation, out of their control, but they handled it with class. Kudos..."
Casalina Garden 2 Blocks to Palm Beach & Kitesurfing School
"We stayed at Casalina Gardens in January 2024 and 2025. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (10 minute walk). The units were clean, spacious and modern. Most appealing were the grounds. The garden setting is beautiful. The new pool in 2025 was a great addition. We liked how Judy was always working on projects to improve things. A cool new double hammock with shade and beach chairs for each unit are examples of this."
Tuscany Residence Aruba
"This is a very nice new Townhouse in the middle of a construction site. The description that this will 'soon become a luxurious residential resort' stretches the definition of the word 'soon'. The reviews suggest that the construction is not an issue, and i guess for those who like construction sites, those who are OK with all the outdoor furniture and cars covered in cement dust, the cranes starting at 7.00 am and moving huge concrete blocks a few feet away whilst you are 'relaxing in the pool', then i guess it's a perfectly relaxing place. I think they need to start being more honest with the description. i wish i could upload the pictures and videos to give a full sense of this. In years to come I am sure it will be lovely. A note for those of you booking through AirBNB, apparently if you book direct they offer a 25% Construction discount. We were not offered this. Good luck."
Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino
"Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast. The most beautiful pool can only be used by adults. Frustrating for a family trip. Palapas are charged separately, US$80.00 per day."
The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort
"We weren’t sure what to expect since the hotel was too new for reviews…but I’m so glad we took a chance. Since the Westerly is located on the Hilton grounds, it was easy to access the broader amenities and beach. We had an ocean view room on the 4th floor. The balcony and its view was one of our favorite spots on the island. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the thoughtful tour upon arrival, the complimentary beach bag, reusable water bottles, cake pops (truly delicious) and sunscreen. We loved the skin care products (made with aloe) so much, we bought soaps and lotions to take back home. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, anticipating our needs for restaurant reservations or beach chairs even before we had to ask. To be honest the entirety of the property was clean, other than the occasional fly, I don’t remember seeing any bugs. Also the location is amazing. Not only is it right on the beach, but it’s located in the middle of tons or restaurants, bars and clubs. Only downside I can think of was the “service fee” that was applied to each check at the hotel restaurants (I think it was between 15-20%). This only encouraged us to take most of our meals off-site and reduce our tip when we did eat on-site. I hope the property reconsiders this policy. That said, we loved our stay and will definitely be back in the near future."
The St. Regis Aruba Resort
"Don't risk booking with St. Regis Aruba or through Trip.com. On July 30th, we arrived at the hotel after a 9-hour journey. Our reservation was paid for and confirmed, both by email and on the Trip.com app. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that the reservation had been canceled because the rate supposedly applied only to Aruba residents. The only explanation given was that Trip.com had sent us an email with the cancellation. Upon checking, we saw it was sent on July 30th, while we were on our flight, but the reservation still showed as active in the app. When I made the reservation, I entered my name, country of residence, and phone number with Chile's country code. If the rate was exclusively for local residents, how was it possible for the system to confirm and charge for the reservation? That error was not mine. The most unbelievable part was the attitude of both the hotel and Trip.com. Neither took responsibility nor offered a solution. They simply canceled the reservation and told us the payment would be refunded within 2 to 14 days. We're talking about over US$1,000. What if I hadn't had the money to pay for another hotel at that moment? They would have literally left us without accommodation upon arriving in Aruba. We ultimately had to book another hotel and, of course, pay a much higher rate. Mistakes can happen, but the difference lies in how a company responds. For this reason, and to avoid starting your trip on a bad note, I suggest not booking at St. Regis Aruba or through Trip.com. It goes without saying that 4 days have passed and I still haven't received any news about the refund to my card."
Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive
"The hotel's redeeming features are the variety of food, the beach, the activities they schedule, and the good service, except for the reception supervisor who was awful. The negative side is that the hotel is not big, unlike other Rius hotels. When it comes to check-out, they make sure you leave the facilities before 7:00 p.m., and unlike other resorts where I stayed on my name day, I don't receive any details except for a letter telling me to leave the room at the appropriate time. This is definitely not recommended, as there is no relationship between the price you pay and the service you receive."
