De primer lugar, queremos darle las gracias a todos aquellos que trabajan muy duro y hacen todo lo posible para que nuestras vacaciones sean unas vacaciones inolvidables-- me refiero a los empleados que se esmeran por brindarnos un servicio excepcional. Franklin nos hizo las mejores omlet en las mañanas en el Beach Club. Aseguró que empecemos nuestros días contentos y bien comidos. Francisco nos preparó las mejores bebidas en la playa y nos brindo un servicio de alta clase. El equipo de la mañana en el 9no piso fue excepcional también-- específicamente Karina Y Carolina. Por la noche también quedamos todos encantados con el trato que nos brindaron los empleados de el Royal Club-- específicamente Joyce, Misael y Edgard. Gracias por hacernos sentir en casa y por siempre estar tan atentos de nosotros con mucha paciencia y cariño. Edgard es una verdadera joya para la empresa y nos supo brindar el mismo nivel de servicio en varios restaurantes distintos. Por las noches en el 9no piso siempre nos hizo sentir como verdaderos reyes, asegurándose de que sus mozos nos brindaran un nivel de servicio impecable. En el restaurante de mariscos-- el Arubian Seafood, también nos atendio nuestro (muy querido) Edgard. Ahí comimos excelente y disfrutamos muchísimo de él ambiente al lado del mar, la exquisita comida caribeña y un alto nivel de servicio. Gracias de nuevo a todos. Volvemos pronto sin duda alguna.

9/4 to 9/14 2025. Yes we are still here. So we read some of the reviews, and were a bit leery about booking my reservation. We decided to take a chance and experience it for ourselves. The Barcelo Aruba absolutely exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. Majority of the food was well over good, we honestly didn’t have a meal where the food wasn’t above acceptable. The Oceana seafood, the Italian and the Japanese were a 4 1/2 to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buffet had a variety of food And you can definitely find something that suits you. I honestly don’t have too much bad to say about the resort. Cons- Housekeeping rate at 3 1/2 They did clean the room just fine no issues there. Most days they would take you dirty towels, washcloths, and hand towels and not replace them. Not only us but other people we met at the resort had the same issue. We were constantly calling housekeeping or the front desk. I know it’s not a big issue but just depend in the neck every day having to reach out for these items. Now in saying that I still have no major issues with the resort or the staff at the Barcelo Aruba. I would definitely return.
