good stay however do not ask questions such as a late check out, extension of stay or anything. Management at the front desk is non existent.

The room is very big and close to the pool, which is very convenience to me. But the room a bit humid. Overall is good and value the price

I was at Divi Dutch from 8/8 - 8/11 and there were several issues with my stay that went completely unresolved, and it seemed the staff did not try or care. 1) I made reservations a month out on ******* and specifically booked a studio suite with beach view. We got a pool view. I spoke with front desk and was told; "Beach view? Here? Not here, no." I know that's not true because we saw the beach-view rooms. 2) Our patio doors were stuck shut, the latch did not work, I reported this 3 times. We were there for 3 days with no access to our patio. 3) The ceiling fan did not work. I reported this on day 2 after we tried to use it the night before. 4) The room had not been properly cleaned. I could swipe my finger and leave a trail in the dust. 5) Water leaked from the shower, we had to put multiple towels on the floor to keep it from becoming wet & slippery. (I did slip once but did not fall or get hurt, luckily) 6) The front desk was closed by 8pm on Sat and Sun. We needed taxis, and I was told on 2 occasions we had to request taxis from the front desk, they would'nt give me a phone number for a taxi company. But I can't request a taxi if they're closed. At check-out I raised all of these issues, I was told "the manager is in a meeting", was given a card and told to call back, I called and emailed, never got a response. This was a bad experience. I did not get the room I reserved, we could not use all the features of our room, and the staff was not helpful or responsive. (*American Airlines put us up at the Renaissance on Monday night due to a flight cancelation, and their customer service put Divi Dutch to shame) We loved Aruba, we would never stay at any Divi hotel.

Divi in aruba is beautiful, the weather was excellent,restaurants were great We took a trip to baby Beach a tour of the new secrets took a tour of the buluhsi beer factory Did the Jeep tour around the island fantastic time?

Resort was great staff were very good Pool bar and grill was great Did the mega all inclusive this time. Would not do that again pay as you go would be cheaper plus we do not drink 3200,00 for seven days I don’t think we ate that much

We had an unforgettable stay at Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort—the perfect spot for a family getaway! The accommodations were just right for us, with full amenities that made it easy to settle in and feel at home. We especially loved having a kitchen to make some of our own meals and the view overlooking the pool was a bonus. Our mornings always started with a delicious breakfast at Tiki Café—definitely a highlight. We used the fitness center daily and enjoyed walk-running along the boulevard. The kids (and adults!) held daily championships at the pool tables and ping pong stations, and we all appreciated the tiki umbrellas and the ample lounge chairs along the beach for some well-earned relaxation. Happy hour at the infinity pool and water slide was such a fun way to wind down. We played a round of golf and hit the driving range a few times as well, which was a great bonus. Our last night was the cherry on top—the social happy hour with Caribbean food, tropical drinks, live music, dancing with the Carnaval girls, and to top it all off, we won a raffle! What a way to wrap up the trip. The staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful. We’re already counting the days until we can return next year!
