Excelentes vacaciones la pasamos genial, la atención fue muy amable y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Todo muy limpio y las instalaciones son tal cual las fotografías . Gracias a todos los que trabajan en el hotel !

리셉션 직원 업무처리가 아주 느리고, 제대로 정보 확인을 하지 않고, 실수를 반복해서 체크인하는데 2시간이 걸렸다. 직원은 미안한 기색도 없이 계속 기다리라고만 하였다. 체크인 할 때의 아주 불친절한 태도로 인하여 숙박이 즐겁지 않았다.

Estávamos em lua de mel. Nos deram welcome drink somente após pedirmos, não tivemos nenhuma decoração especial. Apesar da boa limpeza e bom quarto, a camareira não repôs o sabão líquido 2 dias. Comida do café é boa.

We stayed for five days in November. I took advantage of the daily aqua aerobics classes and the spa. The pool was never too crowded, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. Jordanys took care of all our food and beverage needs with impeccable care.

We were very pleased by the housekeeping attendant, Ana Cristina. Our room was always super clean and she went above and beyond. She would leave towel "sculptures" and that made us feel appreciated.

Been coming to the Mill a long time. First time this year when they rebranded it to Courtyard. My room with a balcony although small overlooks the pool area. Ana the house keeper was top notch. Nelson, Eddie Rosa, all long time employees are still here working hard as always. It was great seeing them and staying at the Mill once again
