Location is amazing, atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, Diego was our waiter at the bar and he was welcoming and incredibly helpful making our experience most memorable. We will absolutely return!

We went to the St. Regis Aruba in late October 2025 and it exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Nicole who was so warm and welcoming. Throughout our stay she was always available for any and all of our needs. She gave us a fabulous room with a full ocean view and large balcony. Diego was amazing as he welcomed us and stored our bags safely until our room was ready. Mildred our housekeeper was a sweetheart! So hard working and always providing us with extra towels, fresh ice daily and bottled waters. She greeted us each day with the biggest smile. One day they put balloons and prosecco in our room bc they knew we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Amazing! Jeffrey was head of security and so fabulous. He drove us to and from dinner several nights, even stopping at the Ritz Carlton to show us around bc we were curious about their amenities (liked St. Regis better), but both beautiful properties. Shout out to Shamauro who drove us to the airport on our last day. Super nice guy! We also met Rashela during our stay and she went out of her way when she saw us, always wanting to ensure that our stay was the best it could possibly be. The only down side to our stay was that was the sun did not shine for the whole week, very unusual for Aruba, but we had such a great stay that we are going back next month! 5 stars!

Had a long well typed review and when I went to add photos it deleted it. My apologies for not rewriting it but I’ll summarize by it was an amazing trip and completely satisfied at St. Regis. First time at one of their properties but we’ve stayed at Four Seasons before, Grand Hyatt’s and Westin’s and this was phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed. Here are some photos but this was a great hotel.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at the St. Regis! The minute we walked through the doors we felt welcomed! From check-in, to the pool / beach staff, the outside bar and much more … we truly felt like we were family! Every time we came across a staff member, they would say hello! Every time we would leave and enter the property, a staff member opened the door for us! There was one staff member I would like to recognize and his name was Diego! This gentleman treated my wife and I like every guest should be treated … like a King and Queen! We spent multiple nights outside in the beautiful lounge area and had the good fortune of being served by Diego! Always welcoming us, prompt service and a few laughs along the way! He even went as far as changing chairs for my wife so she was more comfortable because her leg was a little swollen. To summarize, if you plan a vacation in Aruba … stay at the St. Regis … you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to Aruba for 35 years, usually staying at the Hyatt and once at the Ritz, and I’ve never wanted to escape a hotel faster — until this trip at the St. Regis Aruba, now officially The Ain’t Regis. Under Oliver Reschreiter, the property is a hollow shell of a luxury hotel. The rooms are nice — that’s it. The pool deck is shaded by midday, the beach cabana hosted a swarm of bees (I got stung), and most staff are disengaged. Only Alex (beach staff), Dwayne (butler--he tried so hard but the GMs office never sent the right information), Steven (waiter at Akira Back) and Rashella (the butler supervisor) made an effort. If you value service, energy, or any trace of Aruba’s warmth, run — don’t walk — from The Ain’t Regis Aruba.

So glad I ignored all the poor reviews that were posted in the past.. This hotel is beautiful. What’s more it’s immaculately maintained with staff that truly want you to feel comfortable and appreciated. Check in was seemless- we arrived -they took our bags gave us a seat and within minutes we were sipping champagne. Martin showed us to our beautiful oceanfront room and gave us a tour. The butlers outline their duties so there’s no question what they do. They are always accessible from the whats app or from any hotel phone. The hotels constantly bing cleaned. From my balcony I saw the Pools, pool area and beach area being cleaned everyday -almost at the crack of dawn. This staff works hard ! Everyone was so attentive. There are so many staff members that you never have to wait or look far for service. The rooms were a comfortable size complete with dressing area, full length mirror, mini fridge coffee/tea maker, steamer and so many wonderful bathroom amenities. The balcony was a nice size and had table and chairs along with a chaise lounge. Housekeeping((Marta) did an amazing job everyday! turn down service was provided every night of our stay at exactly the time I requested. She never missed a night! Martin the butler was there for any question or need I had ready to help. Our morning coffee was also delivered every morning and set up on our balcony. The beach service was non stop and amazing. Joe Eric, Joy, Jene Lola Ruth Kevin were our mainstays. They always were cheerful ready to help and always had a smile on their faces. The whole beach team were amazing. The beach is smaller than some of the other hotels but we had chairs everyday without a problem. People came and go all day I didn’t see any problems. We also rented a beach cabana. I highly recommend it. Otherwise there are chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Restaurants - we dined at Akira. It was amazing and offered such beautiful sunset views we returned to the outside lounge for cocktails before our dinner nightly. Service was as wonderful as the food. We also enjoyed the nightly champagne sabering on the terrace adjacent to the lobby bar. They had nightly musicians in the lobby to enjoy as well. There’s so many wonderful things I can say about this hotel and the amazing hospitality. Everyone we met was so kind. They saw us coming and would stop what they were doing to open doors for us, smile ask if we needed assistance etc. we definitely received 5 star service. The management and front office staff were heart warming professional and so hospitable. Korynne went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I am eternally grateful. Nurann, Kimberly and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more attentive or treated us more special and we I thank them all immensely! We cannot wait to go back. Hopefully sooner than later. I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay compelled me to. The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Most staff are friendly and welcoming — and Kevin, Jose, and Luis were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to deliver the level of service you’d expect from a top resort. Unfortunately, several issues overshadowed the positives. Most of the servers are slow and require several reminders. It wasn't u til we found the staff above that made the service amazing! There are a limited number of beach chairs, and guests have to wake up early to secure them. What’s worse, I personally witnessed non-hotel guests taking chairs, leaving belongings for hours, and returning later — while paying guests struggled to find space. Some servers were even inviting their friends (who weren’t staying at the hotel) to hang out, get free drinks, and be loud and disruptive throughout the day. I another instance I reported a specific incident that impacted our stay to management, expecting follow-up or clarification, but there was no response at all. Turn-down service was another miss — skipped two nights in a row, and when staff finally arrived, it was around 9 PM, waking our sleeping child. The hotel has everything it needs to be five-star: a gorgeous setting, great amenities, and some standout employees who care. But management oversight, guest prioritization, and responsiveness are falling short. When guests take the time to raise concerns, they deserve acknowledgment and action
