We received a warm welcome from Mr. Sureshkumar and his team, which truly set the tone for our stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and the overall experience was wonderful. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by greenery, mountains, lake views, and many other natural attractions that made the stay even more memorable. Thank you for making it a truly refreshing and enjoyable visit!

The Resort is located in the hamlet of Bera, near the Jawai river and dam, an area teaming with wildlife. We stayed in a stand-alone chalet which was large, clean and comfortable. We were there to view the animals and birds and the Resort did a splendid job. In total, we had 6 safaris in 3.5 days, early morning and late afternoon. In all we had 12 leopard sightings: Neelum, Zhia, and a couple of random males intent on mating. We also saw Black (Sloth) Bear, hares and other small game and many, many birds. Our naturalist, Irfan and driver/guide Utham were fantastic at spotting the game and then explaining their habits and preferences, and were very relaxed and friendly. Everything was well organised. The hotel and catering staff offered service with a smile. Our visit was at the end of April/early May. If you can stand the heat (43C / 109F), this is a good time to go as there were not many other tourists around. Safaris are in dusty, off-road areas in 4-wheel drive vehicles. I would not recommend this activity for people with bad backs or women in late-stage pregnancy.

We were assisted by Suresh Bharti & Ravi at the front desk and they were so accommodating and went extra mile for our comfort. The food was hot and tempting. Amazing Hospitality and service. Must visit place for a quick get away and a relaxing weekend.

It was overwhelming to stay at such a beautiful property. Food was beyond the taster,Mr. chef bhawar singh ji was also so welcoming with his receipes. Front office staff Mr.Suresh Bharti and Ravi Meena were superp at their hospitality whenever we required. Mr. Anuj at the F & B counter was always ready to serve whatever we required out of the menu available at the time. Will revisit in future and highly recommended for others

Very good ambiance, perfect for a family vacation. Special thanks to the extremely helpful staff that made the stay even more memorable - Tarun, Ravi, Chef Bhanvar Singh, Anuj, Yash, Dilkhush, Sahil, Chef Santosh. Kudos to all you guys!!! Wonderful gateway for Jawai . Cosy spacious room with view of lake from the room no 304 . Amazing hospitality and top of the pops there upcoming sky view restro . Highly recommended. Food was super highlight of the stay . Will coms again . Cheers to Cheetagarh

Excellent place. Quiet and big rooms with view towards the wilderness. Went in offseason however the staff was alert and helpful. Well maintained property. The head of kitchen Mr Dushyant and his staff, takes good care of you for food. Special shouout to Ms. Kaur and Mr. Meena who explained our package upon arrival and made the checkin process very comfortable. We had 2 safaris in the package. Lucky to spot the cheetahs in the evening Safari! Ask for Sivanandan as your guide. Knowledgeable guide if you interested in wildlife and especially bird watching.

Fantastic property, comfortable stay with a beautiful lake view, courteous and humble staff, very helpful and with a smile always, excellent food by chef Krishna Pal & team specially Anuj Indoor and outdoor settings were great options and we enjoyed differnt meals based on the weather conditions through the day.. Keep up the good work A Must visit !!!

Experienced superb hospitality from the entire staff. Specially Mr. Tarun Vyas, Ms. Pradeep Kaur, Mr. Ravi and Mr. Dilkhush were the best hosts. Room was great and well managed with good cleaning and all the other amenities. We enjoyed swimming and indoor games
