They ruined my stay in Palermo, We trusted knowing the owner, but things were missing and he said he couldn't do anything, here's his response! Every time we went out some things were missing, like chargers and other things. We paid attention to the matter but nothing was resolved. Dirty room. Terrible experience! Never again!!!

On the day of departure I went to the girl telling her that I had allowed myself to enter the closet to look for my mattress etc .... she replied that she knew nothing about either one or the other, in reality her face was not very convincing given that access to the balcony was allowed only to them through two ways: 1 the key to the room 2 the balcony shared with the closet where they stopped to smoke. I feel sorry for the owner who is a person worthy, but nobody believed the girl. Oh! I forgot, we had no intention of taking the umbrella home, we would have left it there anyway, but things went badly for her with the mattress
