Staff there provide excellent service and proactive offer assistance. They are polite and happy everyday. 5 star for their enthusiasm. Hotel is beautiful and occupy own privacy. Closed to every tourist spot.

It's only a five- to six-minute walk from the train station and is very convenient for travel. The staff are also very friendly and the room facilities are all up to date. I'm very satisfied.

The location itself is so far from Korea that it would be difficult to come here unless it was for a special occasion, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I would like to stay there again.
The only downside is that the pipes may have been clogged and the water in the shower room was drained out at the right time, resulting in high humidity throughout the room. Instead, there is an ondol (floor heating system) near the bathroom, which is difficult to find in Europe.

The best. Was greeted at reception shown our standard room stunning. The hotel is surrounded by a ascent walls flowers and plants every we're. Hot tub available to use by every body and pool so nice breakfast good quality coffee excellent. Staff were the best arrived 4th around 18.00 sorry forgot your name you was the best very welcoming great service

This is a great place to stay in Palermo. Notwithstanding the characterful entrance way, we were given a wonderful welcome by our host and shown around the main amenities with enthusiasm which was great. There are two pools, an outdoor and indoor pool and a small exercise room. We stayed in one of the loft conversions which were really well designed and sympathetic to the original building which was a tomato factory. There is also a roof terrace where breakfast is taken - breakfast is amazing here! Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Bastione Spasimo. The rooms and facilities are great. The garden and pool are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved the location with some great restaurants on the doorstep. Bastione Spasimo is the ideal base for exploring the city. And when you’re hot and tired from sightseeing and shopping it is a cool and calm oasis.

First class boutique hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Yolanda and the ‘boys’ were super helpful. Area bustling but not noisy, hotel behind the walls was quiet and calm. Fab! No more to add just a bit frustrating TripAdvisor asks for more 😊
