Just returned from a two night stay at the rosedean, the hosts were warm and welcoming , the room was clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed , thd breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect, will book again, highly recommend, thank you for a lovely stay

Great place to stay for family weekend or mini holidays. 4 of us felt comfortable enough in room. Breakfast was served on time and freshly cooked, can't really fault it based on couple days stay.

Nice big family bedroom, bottles of water in the mini fridge. Keith the owner was nice. Breakfast was lovely, order what you want the night before. Downside the stairs were very steep and was on the top floor.

Rosemead guest house, Keith+Margaret, great hosts, very good breakfasts, whole of the b+b spotlessly clean and tidy, anything to do with a happy stay for their guests is not a problem. This is why we return to them year on year. With our love to them for all they have done for us. From, Graeme, Charlotte and son Jacob.

I loved my stay here!! Perfect location, just off the Paignton seafront and 5 minutes walk to the train/bus stations and to the centre. The included breakfast is hearty with lots of options! The highlight was the owners who are absolutely wonderful - knowledgable with ideas of what to do in the area and what’s on when you’re around. I’ll be staying here again when I’m back! Thanks so much to Keith and Margaret :)

An excellent few days spent at the Rosemead guest house. Our hosts Keith & Margaret were superb, nothing was too much trouble. They even gave us good advice on what to see and where to visit. Rooms were clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Overall a lovely couple of days, will definitely be back here again.
