What a lovely stay we had here, the hosts were fantastic and lived up to their high ratings, nothing was too much trouble and it was central to all attractions with parking right outside with no charges. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded expectations and everything you need for a comfortable stay was in the room. We are looking forward to returning for another visit as they won’t be beaten on quality or value.

Really good little hotel ran by a fantastic couple. My son and I stayed 2 nights and we both got a great nights sleep. Nice little touch leaving the fan in the room for the heatwave as well as the honesty bar. Breakfast was first class with great selection

It was just a quick stop on our way to explore Cornwall, so only stayed ine night, the owners were very welcoming, the room was great and very comfortable. We did not hVe time to have breakfast unfortunately but it smelt great as we were leving. Great Central location

As a solo backpacker I was very pleased to be given a light and airy well sized room with a comfy small double bed. The private bathroom just down the landing didn't feel awkward with the robe provided. I would most certainly recommend a stay here, nothing is too much trouble for the welcoming friendly family and the breakfasts are fab! I hope to stay again.

Small hotel situated in the town centre near bus and train stations and just off the promenade. An older property with bags of character combined with useful facilities such as the electric charging point on the small car park and offering a friendly welcome . Comfy bed and soft quality towels. Great breakfast with lots of options. Particularly appealing to families as they provide a bucket & spade 'library' for those days when a day at the beach is all you need. They also offer packed lunches and evening meals and the breakfast room can be utilised by families in the evenings with board games, an honesty bar and a large screen TV capable of receiving i-player for your favourite programmes. I was impressed with their Health and Safety features like the proximity lighting on the staircase and the In/Out board in the hallway to alert the owners of any guests on site in the event of fire. Top all of this off with charming friendly hosts - an excellent hotel.
