The room was very good and in a great location, but I found some insects in the bedroom and two spiders in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good, but there were also many insects, and the pool was neither. Our room was third floor but no elevator.

This place is just on the main area of PAI. This is a modern hotel with great facilities and swimming pool. The hotel staffs are very kind. Room had a great view alongside absolutely clean and comfortable. The minibar contains many complimentary snacks, cookies and drinks. I had a great stay, The breakfast could be improved a bit.

Great hotel if you’re in Pai. Central location and clean environment. Only three sun loungers though.

Great location in this remote area. Easy access with plenty of food and night market just a stone throw away from hotel. A bit pricey no doubt.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the middle of Pai and right around the corner from the walking street. Push bikes available to go that little bit further. Lovely staff. Level 1 rooms have direct pool access and private sun beds.

The location of the hotel in the center of the city and the overall evaluation of the pretty swimming pool are not bad.

The water in the swimming pool was so dirty that I almost fell down due to the water accumulation in the corridor. The bed sheets and pillowcases had yellow stains

The accommodation is clean, the food and service are all good, the location of the hotel is next to a restaurant, the service is everything we want, beautiful and clean.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the service was very good, except for one time when the woman at the reception didn't call a taxi, even though we had asked twice and we were late for our meeting point at the zipline. Cleanliness was very good and everything except beer in the minibar was free. Great location
