The food and hospitality was good and it is on river side breakfast was average and the room was good and room service was good

The property is located at a mesmerising location. Apart from that, the rooms and facilities are average in comparison with the amount we pay. The breakfast also not very good. The cafe wilo is worth a visit. Prefer visiting the cafe rather than staying in the hotel.

My mom is a Sr citizen but she was allocated a room on the 3rd floor in a property where they did not have any lift facility.

Superb location. Staff is amazing. Food is average. The views absolutely beautiful. Cafe Wilo is a must visit ( hot chocolate is the best) but hotel restaurant isn’t that great.
