WONDERFUL PLACE Derek and his dad made this house feel like home away from home. The house was very clean, awesome basement space for family fun (pool table, surround sound TV, Foos ball, dart board), and outside living space. Our family enjoyed s’mores by the firepit with a beautiful view of the Shenandoah River. We used the grill and loved the back deck. We watched deer every morning and evening. If you’re looking for a secluded place for your family, book this property. You will not be disappointed!

Peaceful river getaway Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and was set up perfectly for us. The river is close and it was fun watching the deer. Overall a peaceful, relaxing vacation for our family. Derek was excellent with communication too.

Perfect! Great house, great hosts, great location. Had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of wood for fire pit. Kayaks were great and we had a nice easy float to a pull out about 3 miles down the river. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Relaxing river get away We had family visiting from the UK, so we wanted a few days of relaxing by the river. This property did not disappoint! 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one in the basement. The 2 teenagers in our group where so happy to have their own space, right next to the pool table and TV area! Everyone had a great time in a well equipped and clean property.
