Room clean and comfy, entertainment easy to connect with netflix and other Really recommended for travellers

Good hotel apart from no air con in the restaurant so it was roasting and breakfast and no working lift. With a pushchair we unnecessarily struggled.

The hotel is good but the service is bad, especially the front desk receptionist doesn't smile at all. Also It is inconvenient that if you want more stuff like box tissue and toothpaste you need to walk all the way to the front desk to get it yourself, the housekeeping will not bring to your room.

Check in is easy and fast, room is clean. Enough parking space. Quite a distance from Oxford town, we took a bus outside the hotel to the town, quite convenient.

Good! The room is clean and the hotel looks great too. But need to take around 15mins bus to the hotel from the station.

Good stopover hotel. And easy way to go to Oxford by bus or taxi. Small swimming pool, but has space to swim around.

Excellent service. Great facilities( swimming pool, sauna, gym). Amazing choice of breakfast buffet. Out of the city centre but with very good bus connections or relatively cheap taxi ride. Definitely will stay there again

Junior suite perfect for family stay! A two room accommodation with kings size bed in one room and sofa bed in the other room.  Dining table and chairs really helped a lot with room service meals. Restaurant meals also good quality and good value. View is of construction site but it was over the weekend so not noisy.  Great stay and recommend the room as a larger family room if the rooms with the two double beds leave no space for cots or prams.

This hotel has a great environment, the rooms are very clean, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely book here again. The only thing to note is to keep an eye on your belongings while resting in the lobby. On the night we checked in, during the registration process, we noticed a thief pretending to be a staff member trying to steal things.

I like the fact that the bus stops are close by, it can be very handy after a long day walking trip inaide the city center, plus the buses are coming also very frequently. Although I haven't seen any lift, our room was easy to find, without many stairs. The stuff are friendly and welcoming. I was amazed the Hotel also got a swimming pool and a gym, however we didn't stayed long enough to use those facilities as well. The room was also clean, with many tea selection and a little fridge underneath the table. On the contrary, I'm very satisfied with the service.
