Das Hotel liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg von einem Parkhaus und der Altstadt entfernt. Die Gegend ist nachts ruhig, und das Hotel ist mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Grund, warum ich keine fünf Sterne geben kann, ist, dass der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte, was zu einem überfluteten Badezimmer während unseres Aufenthalts führte.

La estancia fue muy agradable. Los recepcionistas y el personal, en general, son todos muy amables. La habitación: muy tranquila, acogedora y confortable. El desayuno quizá debería ser algo más variado: más tipos de fiambre/queso, huevos revueltos/fritos, bacon... Aun así, una experiencia excelente para volver a repetir.

Gostei muito do hotel, está localizado no centro e consegue-se ir a pé conhecer tudo á volta.

Totalmente recomendado, el hotel superó totalmente las expectativas, ubicación perfecta, hiper limpio, un hotel pequeño pero ideal.

No utilizamos el servicio de desayuno, así que, en ese aspecto, no puedo opinar. Ubicación, muy buena, el hotel está muy cerca de la zona centro de Orense, pero fue fácil aparcar por los alrededores, Habitación y baño, limpios y correctos. Buena relación calidad/ precio. Volveríamos a alojarnos en él.

Hotel totalmente nuevo en el pleno centro histórico de Ourense con spa. El desayuno excelente: muy variado y con productos para celíacos, leche de avena, fruta, etc. Las habitaciones y baño impecables, la ducha excelente. La relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime.

I chose it because of the spa which when we went down the water was warm which is not pleasant. We went up to complain and the receptionist told us that it was fine and that we should come down in the morning to see if it was warmer. Incredible, I paid for the spa so I couldn't use it the next day, we were leaving early. Normal hotel without details.

Hotel located near the old town of Ourense, with 20 rooms, and where the kindness of the reception team is 10. The colleague who attended us in the morning, very attentive, told us with maps where to eat here and in Carballiño (to eat octopus), because he was right in all the places he recommended to us. He told us what to visit in Ourense, I already said a guy of 10 in friendliness and attention to the public. The very quiet room was on the 4th floor, there are only two, it is spacious, with a terrace, the bathtub is a jacuzzi, which is phenomenal. The bed is two beds together, and lasts very well. It has a small closet and a rack to hang clothes, in total 7 hangers. (I think some more are necessary) The only drawback is the little light in the bathroom, for the rest phenomenal. The spa, being a small hotel, has everything that other larger and higher-class hotels do not have as well conditioned. It has parking but you can park near the hotel. A hotel that I would recommend without hesitation.

Durante nuestra estancia en el IMI Hotel Spa sufrimos un hurto dentro de la habitación, en una franja horaria muy concreta coincidiendo con la entrada del personal de limpieza. Al regresar, descubrimos que habían desaparecido una tablet, unos auriculares y varios décimos de lotería, todos ellos colocados en la mesilla de noche. Tras notificar el hecho en recepción esa misma noche, el personal se limitó a decirnos que no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente. Al insistir en que revisaran las cámaras de seguridad (claramente anunciadas en carteles por todo el hotel), nos informaron de que las cámaras no graban absolutamente nada porque no tienen disco duro instalado, a pesar de que una de ellas apunta directamente a la puerta de nuestra habitación. Esto supone un engaño a los clientes y una grave negligencia en materia de seguridad. Además, no recibimos ningún tipo de colaboración por parte de la gestión del hotel, ni se nos ofreció ayuda real para esclarecer lo sucedido. Hemos tenido que presentar denuncia formal ante la Policía Nacional, ya que todo apunta a que el hurto solo pudo haberse producido por alguien con acceso autorizado. En resumen: este hotel anuncia medidas de seguridad que no existen, no asume responsabilidades, y gestiona los problemas de forma pasiva e ineficaz. No solo se pone en riesgo la comodidad del cliente, sino también sus pertenencias. No volveremos jamás y desaconsejamos completamente alojarse aquí

Pour le reste, chambre de petite taille Petit placard reconverti en déserte pour le coffre fort, le réfrigérateur et la bouilloire Pour les vêtements, il faudra se contenter d'un portant embarrassant. Le bureau 50x70cm environ à peine de quoi mettre un petit PC portable et une feuille à côté. Ne cherchez par la confort du fauteuil ... je le cherche encore La salle d'eau, le minimum syndical : gel douche et shampoing dans la douche Un sèche cheveux Mais attention à la permanente ou au rasage ... l'architecte n'a sans doute pas compris le besoin de lumière au niveau du miroir, derrière la personne, c'est plus pratique ! Le summum, le petit déjeuner. Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, je m'attend à de œufs (même brouillés ... au pire durs), du bacon, ... Ici rien de tout cela : de la charcuterie et du fromage prétranché récupéré dans le frigo juste en dessous des plateaux. De la charcuterie tout droit sortie d'un supermarché premier prix. Quelques fruits coupés à la va-vite Quelques gâteaux industriels, dont une tarte de Santiago similaire à celles en vente partout dans la ville pour les touristes Bref, j'aurai du faire un tour sur ce site où l'un des commentaires allait dans ce sens au lieu de regarder sur un site de réservation où ce même hôtel est noté plus de 8 sur 10 !

Decepcionante, le sobran dos estrellas, hotel muy básico, el desayuno muy pobre, bollería industrial, mala calidad, tardan en reponer. El baño tiene muy poca luz y es muy básico igual que la habitación. Lo positivo la limpieza y la ubicación. Estaría bien para un dos estrellas.

lo 1º decir que las 4 estrellas que tiene solo corresponden al precio y no a los servicios que da. las almohadas duras la ducha de pena...se inundo el baño y tuvimos que recogerlo con las toallas.no daba abasto para tragar . lo unico positivo,la situacion,cerca del centro y la atencion del recepcionista .
