We had a good stay. We felt that it was disappointing they didn’t offer coffee throughout the day. We also felt the parking was pricey.

The hotels were very good location .. can travel easily and also good restaurants nearby .

The hotel is in a great location and is very clean and tidy. The front desk service is also very fast and the check-in process is also very smooth. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. It would be even better if they could be replaced with a batch of new equipment.

The hotel is located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Parliament Hill. The room is very spacious, and I am very grateful to the front desk guy for giving me two free breakfasts. The bed and pillows of the Ottawa Sheraton are very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation! The next day, Parliament Hill, the Cathedral, and the market are all within walking distance. It is convenient to eat and drink coffee around. The front desk service is very good! There is a microwave in the lobby on the first floor to heat food, which is great!

After staying for three days, there was no cleaning, garbage was all over the room, and no water, coffee or towels were provided. As shown in the picture The front desk said that the deposit was only 100 Canadian dollars, but actually 150 Canadian dollars were deducted. They first said that only 100 Canadian dollars were deducted, and then they said that there was a problem with the computer system. Ctrip customer service said that it was 50 Canadian dollars per day x 3 days, so if you stay for 10 days, it will be 500 Canadian dollars? This deposit is beyond the legal provisions 😬Does Ctrip believe it?

Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is OK. The main location is excellent and it is convenient to go anywhere.

It is a good choice for business and tourism. The front desk receptionist is warm and thoughtful, and patiently answers questions. In addition, before I checked in, they helped me store several large luggage, so that I can travel to other cities safely and conveniently.

Facilities: A somewhat old hotel, but well maintained. Environment: In the city center, a five to ten minute walk from the Art Museum and Capitol Hill. Very safe surroundings. Service: The front desk service is average, the breakfast service is good! The room service is OK.
