Ottimale in tutto
Posizione ottima x accedere al centro storico, parcheggio in strada oppure a 10€ giorno presso area privata a 2' a piedi. Proprietà superaccogliente, giovanile e disponibile ad esaudire qlc richiesta, il loro modo di ovattare i clienti è a dir poco......unico. Pulizia camera ottima e colazione super, forse anche troppo tra salato e dolce.
Se ci sarà un domani ancora Otranto, tra i ns programmi, è d'obbligo il soggiorno presso questo B&B.
Voto 10 cn lode ad Anna e Salvatore.

Ils voulaient nous donner une chambre avec fenêtre sur mur ! Ils appellent ça cour intérieure
Personnel absent petit déjeuner basique dans pièce affreuse avec télé.
Le seul point positif était la chambre
Les photos sont trompeuses comme le nom ! Pas de terrasse

Next to a main road. No Sea views to speak of.
New build outside the old town, next to a big parking spot, main road & just not very pleasant location. Price to value ratio is the worst of all places we stayed in Italy in the month long trip. Avoid!

Do not stay here! We had to leave this place on the middle of the night! Dirty place, NO A/C no towels, smelly bathroom, everything was discussing. No front desk terrible customer service. I’m still trying to get a refund from this terrible place!! Stay away!!

Ho soggiornato per 5 settimane in questa struttura per lavoro. Da trasfertista difficilmente mi sono trovato così bene in un B&b. La location è ottima. Disponibilità, professionalità e simpatia del personale più uniche che rare. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio per usufruirne come casa base nel Salento, sia per svago che per lavoro. Consigliatissimo.

Because of the reviews we decided to stay at this hotel. The reviews are deceptively not true. The place is dirty the room given was nothing like the picture. Smelly room with mold, no towels.The A/C doesn’t work. Our room was extremely hot, 28 centigrade and after calling and sending emails to owner finally they showed up (there is no front desk service) they suggested to open the windows! We agreed to leave the access card inserted in the room to try to have an operating A/C and just take a door key with us hopping that by the time we returned A/C was working. It was exactly hot as before. Bed and linen is old and terrible. After arguing with owners they moved us to another room. The room was dirty with no A/C no towels only a floor mat and no keys to lock our selves in the room. Next to a restaurant dumpster. Was terrible!! We left on the middle of the night on the first night and slept inside our rental vehicle and checked in on another great hotel next door. Do not stay here! There is no pool, the pictures are not from this place. Be aware!! I’m still dealing with ******* for a refund
