OMG! This was the first thing we said as soon as we entered the room. It’s so spacious and comfortable. The pictures don't lie! Everything was perfect, and the location is ideal, being so close to the train station. We absolutely love list apartment style. *chef’s kiss*

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Otaru JR Station and the canal, and within walking distance of various attractions. The room is large, more spacious than most Japanese hotels, very clean, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. The owner is a Chinese beauty, very enthusiastic, and very familiar with the surrounding scenic spots. It is an ideal hotel to stay in a foreign country!

The only advantage is that the room is relatively large. If you want to climb three flights of stairs, you can live here. The elevator is always broken. The landlord is always nowhere to be found. Not recommended.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in since I came to Japan. I personally think it is more comfortable than Hilton. The rooms are large, the corridors are wide, clean and bright, and the windows can be opened.

The room is big, but B&B is not as good as a hotel. The landlord is Chinese and communication is barrier-free.

老闆是中國人！！！有任何溝通事宜簡直不要太方便！閉眼可選的一家店！房間很乾凈，一切設施都很貼心。我家兩大兩小住這裏一點壓力沒有，再多一家人也是沒問題！各種灶具餐具，讓剛從旭川酒店換到這裏的我感覺住進了大平層！遙控燈具，連關燈都不用下床。➕上老闆微信，直接可以出發去小樽的任何地方，完全沒有語言不通的擔憂。

房間設施非常的棒，性價比很高，塌塌米，然後裏面兩張床非常的乾淨整潔，睡得非常的舒適，地理位置非常好，到火車站就八分鐘的路程，基本走路可以往整個小樽都逛一遍

急遽当日取りましたが、駅も近くて立地が良かったです。 自動チェックインに少し手間取りましたが、受付の電話番号に電話するとやり方を教えてくださり助かりました。 駐車場が急で停められず、近くのタイムズ使用しましたが、コストも安いし部屋も広くきれいだったので大満足です。
